Job Description

As the Customer Success Associate, you are responsible for onboarding, setting up and managing a portfolio of HipLead’s clients. You strive to understand each client’s business, own relationships, facilitate onboarding activities, and provide regular updates and guidance. By creating strong relationships with our clients, you regularly communicate with our sales team to keep them updated on each client’s activities. 

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Establish strong relationships with clients including understanding their business objectives and identifying how HipLead can meet their needs
- Call the client for onboarding and routine check ups
- Proactively reach out to the client for regular reviews of their needs and provide recommendations
- Identify areas of improvement
- Upsell and renew clients

Requirements

- 1+ years experience in sales or success at a B2B company
- Strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Outstanding communication skills

Plus
- Experience in a SaaS or tech company
- Familiarity with the B2B Sales/Marketing space
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as: MailChimp, Constant Contact, Marketo, Outreach
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Previous experience using project management software
- Content marketing experience
