We are currently hiring Product Managers with an entrepreneurial spirit to get in on the ground-floor of this highly-visible opportunity. • Someone with 5+ years of experience in digital product management, digital creative, or digital apps and services
• A product wizard. You know what makes a successful brand and product, that has meaningful relationships with consumers. You understand how to build compelling digital experiences that communicate on human terms

Responsibilities
• Day-to-day execution of product strategy, with a focus on mobile products and services
• Partner with engineers and developers through implementation phase to realize product vision
• Optimize a digital process for maximum conversion and customer satisfaction
• Lead/facilitate design, brainstorming, and work sessions
• Work closely with strategy and operations teams to ensure concepts meet our business objectives and establish our leadership position in product experience
• Collaborate tightly with experience design, industrial design, and engineering to deliver best in class experience focused product solutions
• Develop innovative, immersive and fun experiences from concept to prototyping and through to deployment
• Work across mobile, web, and other digital touch points to deliver a seamless and integrated experience for our customers
Experience
• Qualified candidates should have at least 5 years of experience including experience with requirements and design, managing engineering cycles, interaction design, user research, and usability testing
• Experience in a high volume, fast-paced Agile software development environment
• Demonstrated ability to work confidently with Program Management, Development, Product Planning, Brand, Marketing and Usability
• Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
• Possess ability to think conceptually about design and information architecture
• Understand the array of technical constraints, user goals and business requirements that shape current and future products
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail
